Fibery goodness
I attended The Fiber Event in Greencastle, IN today. This had been known as the Fleece Fair, but the original organizers had undergone a serious case of burn-out. But, the Phoenix rose from the ashes and this new event has taken it's place, same time of year, same location.
Weather was cold and rainy. Buildings were full of wool, roving, yarn, books, tools, wheels, rabbits and warm, friendly fiber people. It was all I could do to not get a rabbit, but V has threatened that any rabbit coming into this house is to be eaten, not raised for yarn. *pout*
I spent a little bit of money but not as much as I could have. Two skeins of yarn, a flick carder, and a knitting bag that hangs from the belt. The bag was cool because it came with some very soft roving. I'll have to break out the spindle.
